Individualized management (by asset)

Individualized management (by asset; Asset and Portfolio table)

Assets are portfolio items of substantial value, and they are tracked individually
in Asset Manager. In the case of a server, for example, Asset Manager can hold
information about its location, supervisor, price, depreciation type, etc. All this
information is specific to the asset. Technically, an asset in Asset Manager
corresponds to

1) a record in the Portfolio items table that is linked to

2) a record in the Assets table.

The link is lAstId (long Asset Id).

One Asset record can have many Portfolio records. But for individualized tracking by asset, there will only one Asset record linked with only one Portfolio record.

lAstId is PK in Asset table, but FK in Portfolio table.
